Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the AFT Ready mobile application ("the App") operated by AFT Ready ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing or using AFT Ready, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
AFT Ready is a mobile tool designed to assist users in calculating Army Fitness Test (AFT) scores for individual soldiers or groups, and to generate DA Form 705 scorecards based on official Army scoring standards. The App is intended as a training aid and planning tool.
AFT Ready is an independent application developed by a private developer. It is not an official product of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any government agency. AFT Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by the U.S. Army or DoD.
Scoring tables and standards are based on publicly available Army regulations and may not reflect the most current or official standards. Users are responsible for verifying all scores and results against official Army publications and the direction of their chain of command before using results for any official purpose.
While we strive to keep scoring tables accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the scores calculated by AFT Ready are error-free, complete, or current. AFT standards are subject to change by Army policy.
AFT Ready scores and DA Form 705 exports should not be treated as official Army records. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Do not submit App-generated scorecards as official documentation without verification by a certified scorer and approval by appropriate authority.
You are solely responsible for any personally identifiable information (PII) you enter into the App, including soldier names, ranks, ages, genders, and test scores. You agree to handle all such data in accordance with applicable Army regulations, including AR 25-22 (The Army Privacy Program) and any other applicable federal or DoD data protection requirements.
We strongly advise against entering sensitive or classified information into any mobile application. Use the App only in compliance with your unit's information security policies.

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by AFT Ready and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
"DA Form 705" refers to a U.S. Army form. The term is used descriptively. AFT Ready does not claim any ownership over Army forms, regulations, or official government documents.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AFT Ready and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of career opportunities, disciplinary actions, or errors resulting from reliance on App-generated scores or scorecards.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the App exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any portion thereof) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
