This Privacy Policy describes how AFT Ready ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

1. Information We Collect

AFT Ready is designed with privacy in mind. The App operates primarily on-device and does not require an account or an internet connection to function. Specifically:

• Soldier data you enter (names, ranks, ages, genders, and test scores) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
• No account or registration is required to use AFT Ready.
• No location data is collected or used by the App.

We may collect limited, non-personally identifiable analytics data through the app platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) to understand general usage trends, such as the number of downloads and crash reports. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

2. How We Use Information

Any data you enter into AFT Ready is used solely to calculate scores, display results, and generate DA Form 705 scorecards within the App. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

Aggregated, anonymous analytics provided by Apple or Google may be used to improve App performance and fix bugs.

3. Data Storage and Security

All soldier records and test data you enter are stored locally on your device using the platform's standard secure storage. This data remains on your device and under your control at all times. You may delete the App and all associated data at any time through your device settings.

We strongly recommend that users exercise appropriate discretion when entering personally identifiable information (PII) for military personnel, in accordance with applicable Army regulations and data handling policies.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
• Protection of rights: To protect and defend the rights or property of AFT Ready.

5. Third-Party Services

AFT Ready is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media plugins into the App.

6. Children's Privacy

AFT Ready is intended for use by adults serving in or supporting the U.S. Army. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Exported Files and DA Form 705

When you export a DA Form 705 from the App, the generated file is saved to your device or shared via the sharing tools you select (e.g., email, AirDrop, cloud storage). Once you share an exported file, its handling is governed by the recipient's privacy practices. You are responsible for handling exported documents containing soldier PII in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
